Hot Dog: The “Texas” Hot Dog: Mustard, Chili, Cheddar Cheese, Onions
While this was far from my first hot dog in my native Texas and far, far from the last, this is the “official” hotdog. Vanessa and I met on the trip where this quest was born and we quickly became close friends (though it took awhile for it to develop to anything more).
On my first trip to visit her in The Woodlands, we made a point to make an official hot dog stop. Sadly, no known pictures exist from that trip, so take my word for it.
